Post of the day

So, here's a condensed version of what's going on. We've had problems with water leaking and mold in our laundry area for going on about 2-2 1/2 months and we've called and asked maintenance to come out and fix the problem and after much frustration, on 4/8 they came out and "treated" the mold and painted over it. I use the quotation marks cause I don't believe they did anything beyond painting the problem spots on the ceiling. And I'm pretty sure they haven't fixed the original leak because if they did we wouldn't have the problem we have right now. I'm at my wits end to be honest and calling these people and telling them something is wrong doesn't do me any bit of good, it took them almost 5 months to fix my master bath toilet. My main concern is that my son has a heart defect and while he hasn't gotten sick, thank goodness, he might and I'm pretty sure that I am getting sick because of it.

This picture was taken yesterday 4/15. The next picture is from today 4/16. Pictures will be taken for documentation purposes and if anyone has any ideas on what avenue I can take from here, let me know.
